In January, 2019, from generous donations by members of the Longbranch Improvement Club and the Community, The Longbranch Foundation donated $1,500 to Evergreen 5th Graders to attend Environmental Camp.
In February, 2019, Evergreen Elementary Principal Hugh Maxwell sent the donors a thoughtful thank you letter showing appreciation for the Foundation’s contributions.

On behalf of the 5th Grade students of Evergreen Elementary, I would like to thank you for the generous contribution that supports their trip to Camp Seymour. Many of our students do not have the resources at home that would enable them to attend camp. Your donation of $1500 will ensure that students will be able to participate and have a great outdoor education experience.
Camp Seymour will be instructive as well as enjoyable for all.
