The Longbranch Foundation is governed as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization by a Board of Directors made up of Longbranch residents who volunteer their time to lead, aid, support and assist the Foundation’s mission. The Board of Directors meet twice a year in July and January. The Longbranch Foundation is affiliated with The Longbranch Improvement Club, who provides the leadership and volunteer staff for fundraising events.
